What is covered by the Tablet extended warranty?
All parts and labor for repairs for manufacturers defects to return the Tablet computer to normal operating condition.
What if the Tablet cannot be repaired?
If the Tablet cannot be practicably repaired we will replace the Tablet with a new or refurbished product of like description in perfect working condition. We may also choose to refund an amount equal to the price of a replacement product of like description rather than replacing it.
How long do I have to purchase the extended warranty service plan for my Tablet after my date of purchase?
You can purchase the XpresServ extended warranty for your Tablet any time within the first 4 of months of the date of purchase of the product.
Who repairs the Tablet when it breaks?
An authorized repair technician and service center repairs the product.
May I purchase the XpresServ Tablet extended warranty for a refurbished Tablet?
At this time we do not offer coverage for refurbished Tablet service plans.
Who do I call during the 1st year manufacturers warranty period?
During the 1st year, the service plan holder would call the manufacturer for repair or service of the Tablet.
So the XpresServ warranty doubles up the first year of coverage?
Yes, in effect the XpresServ warranty runs concurrent during the first year with the manufacturers warranty. This is how extended service plans are designed by actuaries. All extended warranties work this way for a variety of reasons – starting from the date of purchase of the product.

What do I need to provide to place an order for the Tablet extended warranty?
In order to keep costs down and your service plan cost at the lowest level possible, we only accept orders via our online shopping cart. All you need is to fill out the information asked for in the shopping cart: 1) Date of Purchase 2) Price paid as reflected on your sales receipt excluding tax and shipping 3) Brand and Model of the Tablet.
You will receive your warranty service plan contract via e-mail within two business days of placing your order.
What do I need to provide to receive service during the extended warranty period?
Always keep your original sales receipt for proof of purchase. We will e-mail you the sales receipt extended warranty contract. Keep your original sales receipt for the product with this contract.
Is the XpresServ Tablet warranty available in Canada?
Yes, At this time the XpresServ warranty is available in Canada. There is a $20 shipping surcharge in the event the Tablet needs be shipped to the U.S. for service and back.
