Payment Options and Processing Procedure
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We process the credit cards via secure online processing system and shopping cart.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax charged on our Tablet or eReader extended service warranties.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a Tablet or eReader extended warranty may be made up to 1 month after the purchase date. There is a 10% cancellation charge assessed. All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to

Shopping Basket Errors
XpresServ makes every effort to insure against shopping basket errors; however there may occasionally be minor typographical or numerical calculation errors, which may result in a false invoice total. In the event that there are incorrect totals or shopping basket price discrepancies, prices listed on the product pages of the web site will be considered the correct and controlling price.

Errors and Omissions
In the unlikely event that a price is listed incorrectly; the correct price will be the controlling price. Unintentional mistakes or omissions do not constitute a reason for return or reduction of price. XpresServ will correct any mistakes brought to our attention in a timely manner.

Q: Can I have my warranty entered for another address other than my credit card billing address?
A: Yes, just included the address in the “ship to” section of the online order information. We can set the extended warranty up for any address you wish and under any name. These records will be kept by us for your convenience.

Q: How long after my Tablet or eReader purchase can I purchase the extended warranty from XpresServ Warranty?
A: The Tablet or eReader extended warranty may be purchased up to 4 months after the original purchase date provided there is a valid manufacturers warranty of 1 year on the product.

Q: May I purchase a TV extended warranty for a refurbished product?
A: Yes, as long as there is 8 months remaining on the manufacturers warranty for the Tablet or eReader.

Q: When does the Tablet or eReader extended warranty begin?
A: The extended warranty period begins from the date of purchase, while the extended warranty service period begins when the manfuacturers warranty period ends (usually 1 year).

Q: Who guarantees and backs the extended Tablet or eReader extended warranties?
A: AM Best A rated insurance companies including Dealers Assurance Corporation and AmTrust Financial Group.
