Number 3) Our Nationwide Service Network
When you need service, we contact a local authorized service center to pick up the TV, repair it, and return it (or in some cases repair it on-site).
Number 4) DTV Express rated "A" by the Better Business Bureau and Editor's Choice by PlasmaTVBuyingGuide.com.
"We purchased our first Panasonic 42" plasma television and liked it so much that we decided to purchase another Panasonic 42" for use in our bedroom. During our second year of use, we experienced an issue with one of the plasma TVs.
The repair process went well. The extended warranty company responded quickly to place an authorized repairman on our issue. The authorized serviceman came out and fixed our television offsite and returned in one trip. It was a very quick turnaround. We would recommend having the extended warranty and are really enjoying our Panasonic plasma TVs."
- CL Williams Alpharetta, GA
"Almost two years into owning my old display unit, the plasma picture stopped working. The extended warranty company had an authorized repairman come out and check the unit. They couldn’t fix the display and ended up sending a replacement check for the adjusted value of the plasma television.
I was happy with the amount of the check and ended up upgrading my display to the Panasonic 50PF9UK. In terms of customer service, dealing with the extended warranty company and the retailer who sold the product has been great."
Our XpresServ warranty does not contain a depreciated value buyout clause. Under a buyout clause, the extended warranty can "buy out" your warranty at a determined depreciated value - leaving you holding a lesser amount than it would cost to replace the TV. Most other TV warranty companies contain a depreciated value buyout clause including Mack, BWG, and Best Buy. Our warranty has no buyout clauses and is instead "Repair or Replace" only. This gaurantees either full repair or a new like brand and quality TV replacement.
Number 7) Limit of Liability
Our Limit of Maximum Liability is the full amount of the original cost of your TV, even 4 years from the date of purchase. For comparison, other companies will arbitrarily pay you a depreciated value for the TV based on their own values for depreciation.
Number 8) No deductibles. No Hassle.
There are no hidden charges when calling for service.
Number 9) Transferable
The XpresServ Warranty is transferable at no charge
Number 10) Renewable
The XpresServ warranty is renewable upon approval
