Our XpresServ warranty does not contain a depreciated value buyout clause. Under a buyout clause, the extended warranty company can "buy out" your warranty at a determined depreciated value - leaving you holding a lesser amount than it would cost to replace the product. Most other warranty companies contain a depreciated value buyout clause including Mack, BWG, and Best Buy. Our warranty service plan has no buyout clauses and is instead "Repair or Replace" only.
