In the event you are having problems receiving excellent service from the warranty administrator, please feel free to call us and we will help you get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Due to our buying power, most of the time we ask the TV extended warranty administrator to replace the defective TV if it has taken more than a couple of weeks to repair the product. This is one of the advantages of purchasing an XpreServ TV warranty.

The XpresServ warranty runs concurrent with the manufacturers warranty and starts from the date of purchase of the TV or projector. If your manufacturers warranty is 1 year, then the service period for which you would access the XpresServ warranty begins after the 1st year. If your manufacturers warranty is 90 days, then the XpresServ warranty service period begins on the 91st day.

The one exception to this, is defects caused by lightning strike or power surge, which are covered under the XpresServ warranty terms and conditions, but not covered under the manufacturers warranty terms.

While some TVs can be repaired on-site, some televisions must be taken to the authorized service center for repair. Some problems, such as a static vertical line in a plasma TV denoting a bad screen, or backlighting degradation in LCD TVs, cannot be repaired and a new TV of like quality must replace the TV. The TV warranty administrator will obtain your authorization and OK for replaced TVs in the event the television models have change.
