The XpresServ™ warranty is one of the best all around extended TV warranties in North America. This comprehensive TV warranty protects against manufacturers defects in all televisions purchased as new and includes in-home service parts and labor coverage. DTVExpress.com has been a television warranty dealer for 10 years since 1997.
Key Benefits of XpresServ™ TV Extended Warranty
- In Home Service. We will pick the TV up or repair it on site.
- Includes Parts and Labor. There are no additional repair costs.
- Service. If you are having problems receiving excellent service we will contact the warranty administrator on your behalf to either 1) get the product repaired quickly, or 2) get the product replaced immediately.
- Price. Our TV extended warranties are priced at a fraction of in-the-store cost due to our low overhead and large buying power.
- Authorized Service Centers. We use only manufacturer's factory authorized service centers to service and repair televisions under our extended warranty plan. This insures the best service and repair from manufacturer trained technicians.
- Value. These extended warranty options are of incredible value considering the price of the product/price of the warranty ratio.
- Ease of Use. Once the order is placed your sales receipt has all the information you will need including the 1800 # to call in the event there is a problem with the TV. There is nothing more for you to fill out or mail off as we file all the paperwork for you.
In the event you are having problems receiving excellent service from the warranty administrator, please feel free to call us and we will help you get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Due to our buying power, most of the time we ask the TV extended warranty administrator to replace the defective TV if it has taken more than a couple of weeks to repair the product. This is one of the advantages of purchasing an XpreServ TV warranty.
Coverage for the Plasma or LCD TV begins one year and one day after the sales receipt date of purchase. The manufacturers warranty covers the 1st year with all TVs. The XpresServ™ extended television warranty does cover power surges caused by lightning strikes and other power surges in the 1st year in the event the manufacturer's warranty does not. Otherwise, there is an overlap during year 1 due to the fact that the extended warranty insurance underwriters must consider that a TV is more likely to have a defect the longer it is operated. Therefore, the television extended warranty begins from date of purchase rather than the date the manufacturer's warranty ends.
While some TVs can be repaired on-site, some televisions must be taken to the authorized service center for repair. Some problems, such as a static vertical line in a plasma TV denoting a bad screen, or backlighting degradation in LCD TVs, cannot be repaired and a new TV of like quality must replace the TV. The TV warranty administrator will obtain your authorization and OK for replaced TVs in the event the television models have change.
