Xpress Service Description
- Assigned local service center phone number within 2 days of initial call to file a claim
- Service center in home service call within 10 days of initial call to service center
- TV repaired and returned (if taken) within 3 weeks of in-home service call to determine problem
- TV replaced within 2 weeks of determination that the TV cannot be repaired cost effectively (subject to availability and replacement model approval by customer)
